A typical series of events that occur during the process of building a timber frame:

1. Initial meeting and site visit
   
2. Finalized floor plans
3. Elevations and Timber Frame Design
4. Finalize all drawings
5. Engineered plans (if required)
6. Shop or piece drawing
7. MoreSun shop cuts each piece of the timber frame
8. The timber frame is test fit for accuracy and peg holes are drilled in joinery; at client's request, timbers are oiled & sanded
   
9. Timbers loaded & transported to site
10. MoreSun crew raises the timber frame
11. Roof is installed on top of frame
12. Remainder of home is finished by contractor
