How are we qualified?
MoreSun is a certified home energy rater, we have take a course at the South face Energy Institute in Atlanta, we are affiliated with Energy Vanguard in Tucker GA.
What can we do?
MoreSun can do a complete home energy
audit including insulation type and quality evaluation, review of
efficiency heating and cooling system, ventilation system, water heating
as well as home air leakage and duck leakage diagnostics. We can rate
an existing home or we can rate a home based on plans before you build.
What do we do with the rating?
Existing homes • In
existing homes we can use the data we collect in the audit to advise you
on where you are loosing energy (money) in your home. We can help
educate you on the concept of a house as a system. We can help you plan
renovations that will save you money and predict the time of return on
your investment. We can do the work you need done.

New Homes • Before you build, we can rate the efficiency of the home based on the plans and specifications. With this information we can advise you on possible changes and upgrades and help with cost analysis. We can help certify homes for certain green building programs.
